Our team prepares all meals at a licensed commercial kitchen in San Marcos.

Never. We’re a no industrial seed oil kitchen for cooking—no soybean, corn, or canola oils. Our go-tos are extra-virgin olive oil (dressings, marinades) and avocado oil (high-heat cooking), coconut oil.
Note: Sesame oil is occasionally used sparingly as a flavoring for some low heat applications.

Reusable bag swap: Please leave last week’s bag out to help reduce waste and keep things eco-friendly
Prefer to keep the bag? Simply choose the purchase option and it’s all yours. (Please reach out if purchasing, and we will use a brand new bag for your upcoming order)
If you’d prefer not to purchase one, no problem! Just leave your previous bag outside your door or in the designated container at your studio, and our drivers will swap it for a fresh one during your delivery

Meals are delivered on Mondays between 8am-3pm. You’ll be enrolled in our texting software and receive a text the morning of and upon delivery.
Delivery to F45 Studios are between 9-10am.
Delivery to Sante Personal Training in Delmar is 12pm-2pm.

Pick up is offered to Santé Personal Training Clients, F45 4S, CMR & PQ Members.
Drop off to your studio is between 8-10am. (Timing varies)
(You must be a member of the specific F45 location to utilize that pick up option.)

To get meals for the following week, you have to place your order by 11:59 pm on Friday for Monday delivery.
Delivery to F45 Studios are on Mondays between 9-10am.
Beach city deliveries may be delivered on Sunday evenings (after 7pm)— please inquire if this may apply to you.

We rotate our menu items every few weeks to present you with diverse selections.
This approach keeps the diversity in your weekly prep, which helps you stay committed to a healthful eating routine over the long term.

A la carte menu items range in price from $4 to $24 per snack/meal.

Flat $10 delivery fee to zip codes listed.

Because we don’t use preservatives, meals are best within 3–5 days in the fridge, depending on the dish. Hearty proteins and grains lean closer to 4–5 days; delicate items (seafood, leafy salads) are best within 2–3 days. Many meals also freeze well—freeze promptly and thaw overnight in the fridge for best texture.

YES, we handle all of preparation from start to finish, so all that's needed is reheating (if needed).

Most meals are packaged in microwave safe containers, making reheating our meals quick & easy in a microwave, slightly covered recommended. Preferably, they can easily be transferred to glassware or reheated separately on the stovetop over medium heat until warmed throughout.
If packaged in plastic, or contains plastic sides, please remove and transfer to a microwave safe container.
