To help reduce waste and keep things eco-friendly, we use reusable delivery bags. If you’d prefer not to purchase one, no problem! Just leave your previous bag outside your door or in the designated container at your studio, and our drivers will swap it for a fresh one during your delivery

Meals are delivered on Mondays between 7am-3pm. You’ll be enrolled in our texting software and receive a text upon delivery.
Delivery to F45 Studios are between 9-10am.

Pick up is offered to SPFIT Personal Training Clients, F45 4S, CMR & PQ Members.
Drop off to your studio is between 8-10am. (Timing varies)
(You must be a member of the specific F45 location to utilize that pick up option.)

To get meals for the following week, you have to place your order by 11:59 pm on Friday for Monday delivery.

This approach keeps the diversity in your weekly prep, which helps you stay committed to a healthful eating routine over the long term.

A la carte menu items range in price from $3 to $24 per snack/meal.

Flat $10 delivery fee to zip codes listed.

Generally 3-5 days depending on the dish.
Some meals also tolerate freezing well, allowing for prolonged freshness.

YES, we handle all of preparation from start to finish, so all that's needed is reheating (if needed).

Most meals are packaged in microwave safe containers, making reheating our meals quick & easy in a microwave, slightly covered recommended. Preferably, they can easily be transferred to glassware or reheated separately on the stovetop over medium heat until warmed throughout.
If packaged in plastic, or contains plastic sides, please remove and transfer to a microwave safe container.
